Our Approach
Our Approach
Lottivue's greatest asset is its residents, who make the community a wonderful place to live, work and play. The community is self-managed through Lottivue Improvement Association (LIA), a Michigan non-profit corporation. It is governed by a five-member Board of Directors, comprised of residents whom are elected by it's member homeowners.
The intent is to build, support and enrich our neighborhood for current and future homeowners. The relationships within the neighborhood are a vital influence on the success of our future as a premier subdivision community. Therefore, our purpose is to foster open communication and a sense of support, pride, enthusiasm and excellence within the community.
Meet the Board
Lottivue Improvement Association has an active, elected Board of Directors, who are homeowners within the subdivision. As Board of Directors for this community, they oversee daily operations of the association including maintenance of common areas, canals (including dredging), association fiscal accounting, enforcement of deed restrictions and much more.
Lottivue Improvement Association bylaws state that we shall have five (5) Board of Directors. Election of the Board of Directors will take place each year at the Annual Meeting. We welcome and encourage anyone interested in taking an active role in helping build and maintain our subdivision. As an eligible homeowner member in good standing, if you are interested in running for on one of the Board of Director positions, please submit your name and a short biography prior the Annual Meeting.
