Maintenance of our waterways is considered to be a top priority. These systems are integral to the value of our properties as well as, the overall beauty and attractiveness of this unique community.
We have successfully secured dredging permits from the Army Corps of Engineers and EGLE (Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy). This is done to ensure that all homeowners will enjoy a well-maintained and safe canal/channel system.

Board Meetings
General Board and Annual Meetings take place monthly. Meetings are open to all homeowners unless otherwise noted.
The Annual Meeting is held each year for voting of the Board of Directors.
